Eta8049 inherits the wide voltage 7-37v VCC design of Yutai semiconductor AC / DC control chip family, and meets the simple QC / PD design requirements. Eta8049 adopts universal pin arrangement, and the chip directly replaces most of the existing schemes with P2P. It has smaller standby power consumption, higher efficiency and more intelligent protection. As shown in figure-1 below, the pin arrangement of eta8049 is the same as that of most chips in the market, and its basic functions are also the same. It can be directly replaced and is easy to use. The chip inherits the basic control method of Yutai semiconductor AC / DC control chip family, and integrates soft start circuit, which is used to protect the switching devices (mainly switch tube, transformer, rectifier Schottky) when the system starts, reduce the switching stress, and make the output voltage rise without overshoot. At the same time, the integrated fast start circuit is used to ensure that the system can start smoothly when the capacitive load is large, and the output voltage rise time is shorter when there is no capacitive load. Yutai eta8049 integrated peak current compensation circuit can keep the maximum power point constant when the common standard application is high or low voltage; The slope compensation function of harmonic oscillation caused by low voltage and large duty cycle is integrated, and the compensation value of actual situation is adjusted by external resistance rslope to keep the system stable. Eta8049 reduces the standby loss by reducing the starting leakage current and the static working current; Greater drive current capability, segmented current drive and voltage clamp to achieve better efficiency and EMI performance. More reasonable peak current compensation can get better consistent overload current point.

Eta8049 integrated comprehensive error protection mode, with VCC over / under voltage, RT over / under voltage, output short-circuit over-current, overload over temperature, transformer winding / Schottky short-circuit, RCS on / short-circuit protection, etc. VCC over-voltage and RT over / under voltage enter the lock mode, which must be powered on again to work normally. Other protection chips will enter the burping mode, which has the function of error removal and automatic restart. These two methods can meet the needs of more applications.
