1、 Appearance of Samsung US 15W original AFC fast charging charger ep-ta200

The charger is a pure white body with matte surface. The fuselage style continues the previous style, two-stage design, standard fixed American Standard pin, also compatible with national standard.

The front of the charger is printed with the sign of lightning and the words "adaptive fast charging", which is also known as AFC fast charging protocol.

The logo of Samsung is printed on the top.

The usb-a output interface is set at the side, with white rubber core.

Detailed specifications are printed on the back of the charger. The model is ep-ta200,; Input: 100-240V ~ 50 / 60Hz 0.5A, output: 9V / 1.67a or 5V / 2a, made in Vietnam. The product has passed the NOM certification and VI level energy efficiency certification.

The net weight of the charger is about 39G.

The output protocol of charger is detected by using chargerlab power-z kt001. The display supports USB DCP and AFC protocol.

2、 Disassembly of Samsung US 15W original AFC fast charging charger ep-ta200

Opening the shell from the top of the charger, we can see that the shell of this charger not only has ultrasonic welding, but also has a buckle, which further enhances the reliability of assembly. In addition, we can see that the PCB of this charger is very thin.

After removing the top shell, the internal PCBA can not be taken out, but the main body of the charger can only be divided into two parts. The front of the internal PCB board is equipped with transformers, capacitors, fuses and other devices.

At the back of PCB, it can be seen that there is isolation between primary and secondary, hollowing out and adding plastic insulation baffle.

The primary PWM controller is from Anson semiconductor, 603sp2 customized model.
