1、 Appearance of Qingke 45W Mini charger

2、 Disassembly of Qingke 45W Mini charger
The input end shell is disassembled, and the PCB board is provided with two protruding pins, which are used to contact and power on the metal spring piece at the pin end.
The charger is equipped with U-shaped brass fin to help heat dissipation, and the fin is fixed by soldering with the motherboard.
The PCBA module is wrapped with insulating tape for isolation from the brass heat sink. The magnetic core of the planar transformer is coated with glue to conduct heat in contact with the brass heat sink.
At the front of PCB board, there is a small plane transformer board on the left side, a large capacitor in the middle of the right side, and a small board at the input end.
The rectifier bridge, optocoupler and protocol chip are welded on the back of the main board, and the corresponding transformer on the right side of the board is hollowed out to reduce the thickness of the body and increase the space utilization. At the input end, there are no components on the back of the small board.
The front of the small board is equipped with fuse, common mode inductor, X capacitor and filter inductor.
