2、 Disassembly of femtosecond 65W Gan charger

When the input shell is disassembled, it can be seen that the inner part is equipped with brass heat sink and heat conduction pad to help heat conduction, and the pin and PCB board are electrified by shrapnel contact. The charger is composed of two PCB boards which are vertically welded to each other, and the inner side of the radiator is pasted with insulating tape and heat conduction paste for insulation.

High voltage filter electrolytic capacitor and transformer are welded on the side PCB board, and fixed with glue.

At the back of the board, the optocoupler and Y capacitor span between the primary and secondary, in addition to the rectifier bridge and synchronous rectifier.
