The product brand is comma, the body is simple and compact, it supports the full speed 20W fast charging of iPhone 12, and the package claims that it can charge 60% in 30 minutes. 1、 Comma 20W charger appearance

There are comma brand, charger appearance and selling point logo on the front of the box. The packaging box adopts the "book" design, and the charger use scene picture is printed on the cover. Through the window, the charger can be observed directly, and the display effect is good. The back is printed with charger parameters and certification information. The package contains charger and product certificate.

The charger is made of PC flame-retardant material, the surface is matte, the transition between the sides is smooth, the output top surface is slightly larger than the waist, and the overall design style is simple. 2、 Disassembly of comma 20W charger
The top shell of the charger is disassembled, and the edge is packaged by ultrasonic welding process. A heat conduction pad is arranged on the USB bus base of the output end, and an insulating tube is sheathed on the right solid-state capacitor. Take out the charger. The whole charger is composed of two PCB boards which are welded vertically to each other. The input end is provided with black insulating board. The back of the two small plates are pasted with heat conduction pads to heat the heating elements.
Through the observation and analysis of the charger circuit board, it is found that the comma 20W fast charging charger adopts a typical switching power supply with wide range output, and the output voltage is controlled by the secondary protocol chip through the optocoupler.
