Recently, Benks bankex launched its first 65W Gan fast charging charger, which is equipped with the current popular 1a1c interface and supports 18W and 65W fast charging. In addition, it also supports 18W + 45W dual port charging strategy to meet the demand of charging mobile phones and laptops at the same time.
Another feature of the product is its small size. As a 65W multi port charger, it is smaller than Apple's 30W charger, and it is very portable with foldable pins. Next, the charging head network will be disassembled in detail. Let's take a look at the internal design of the charger.

2、 Disassembly of bangkesi 65W Gan charger
The fuselage shell is disassembled from the side, the top of PCB module is covered with brass heat sink, and the whole heat sink is pasted with insulating tape.
The pin and the PCB board are connected and powered by red and black wires, and in addition, a plastic board and a capacitor are provided for isolation.
Glue is applied under the heat sink to help strengthen and conduct heat. After cleaning, you can see that there are filter inductors and solid-state capacitors in the center, and isolation plates are set between the primary stages.
The back of the motherboard is also equipped with brass heat sink and isolation board.
Remove the heat sink, glue the middle section of the plate to fix the isolation plate and heat the heating element.
The primary side is equipped with a main control chip and a GaN power chip, and the secondary side is equipped with a synchronous rectifier controller and MOS transistor.
Through the observation of the charger, it is found that the 65W 1a1c Gan charger of bankex adopts the switching power supply, the output voltage is controlled by the protocol chip through the optocoupler, the output voltage is output by the usb-c port, the usb-a port is output by the up and down conversion voltage, and the two interfaces are controlled by the independent protocol chip. The output voltage of usb-c port is controlled by ip2723t. The usb-a interface uses sc8903 for voltage up and down conversion, and ip2163 for protocol identification to control the output voltage of a port.
