IPhone without charger is finally accused! It's no use talking about environmental protection

We have to pay hundreds of millions every year.
This year alone, Apple has been fined $500 million for "downshift gate.".
Yesterday, apple misled consumers on batteries because of a multi-national lawsuit in Europe. However, it is obvious that this argument is not tenable under the strong refutation of Brazil.

Procon SP says this:
When consumers choose to pay for a new iPhone, they expect more than just better performance
Higher power, faster charging and safer use of power adapter are also required by users.
Since the iPhone 12 includes 20W fast charging power into the product point, it does not provide an essential part of enjoying the point. To say "for the sake of environmental protection", first of all, Apple has not proved how much profit this method can increase for environmental protection.
Secondly, why not do the better work of collecting old chargers, recycling and other plans.
Finally, Apple has not proved whether using the old charger will affect the safety of the charging process. I have to say that the question of Procon SP is really a needle in the blood! It's enough for cook to drink any one. It's unreasonable and there's no better explanation. No wonder the court finally ruled that apple must have a charger in its new iPhone, or face high fines. 180 million euros.
The Italian antitrust agency has also fined Apple 10 million euros.
The reason is that Apple advertises that several iPhones are waterproof, but it doesn't say that they need to be waterproof under specific conditions. Of course, of all the lawsuits this year, my favorite is the Brazilian one.
Because at a time when most people around the world are compromising that this year's iPhone 12 package doesn't come with a charger. Brazil's Sao Paulo state court ruled that new iPhones sold by Apple must be accompanied by accessories.

That's the charger.
Procon SP, the party to the ruling, said:
Apple has to explain why it doesn't offer a charger in the box.
For environmental protection! That's what Apple said at the time. However, it is obvious that this argument is not tenable under the strong refutation of Brazil.
