Recently, we got another charger from Samsung, which is also a 65W fast charger. However, this charger uses three pins and comes with a usb-c output cable. Its design style is quite different. 1、 Appearance of Samsung 65W PD fast charging charger

2、 Disassembly of Samsung 65W PD fast charging charger

After the fuselage shell is disassembled, the PCBA module is covered with aluminum sheet for heat dissipation, and there is a black plastic plate under the aluminum sheet for isolation.

The front and back aluminum sheets are pasted and fixed by buckles and conductive cloth, and the back aluminum sheets are soldered with PCB.

Remove the heat sink, glue the front of PCB board, and mainly in the right transformer area, reinforce and help heat conduction at the same time, extend the grounding wire to the secondary, and ground the output to prevent numbness.

The three connecting wires at the input end are sheathed with insulating tubes.

After the silica gel is removed, the components on the board are sparsely distributed, and there are two heat sinks in the primary grading to heat the rectifier bridge, primary switch MOS tube and secondary synchronous rectifier tube respectively.

In addition, there is a black thermal pad on the back of the motherboard.

The back of the board is supported by three square rubber pads. The thermal pad covers the main control chip of the charger, and the primary stage boundary is obvious.

The main control chip is attached with heat conduction pad, and temperature protection is carried out according to the temperature of the heat conduction pad.

In terms of material consumption, the main control chip and protocol chip of Likai, switching MOS of Infineon, secondary synchronous rectifying controller of MPs, Fuding synchronous rectifying tube, etc. are adopted, and the input end is filtered by Jinshan large capacity electrolytic capacitor, so the overall material consumption is solid and reliable.
