Recently, ugreen launched a 65W Gan fast charging charger, which is small and portable with "tofu block" founder design, foldable pins and four usb-c interfaces. This is also the industry's first 65W 4C Gan fast charging, with advanced product design concept. The C1 and C2 ports support 18W fast charging, and the C3 and C4 ports support 65W fast charging. The single port output performance of the two groups of interfaces is completely consistent, and can be used for blind plug-in. 1、 Appearance of lvlian 65W Gan charger

The front of the box is printed with the appearance of the product, ugreen brand and product name in the upper left corner, and Gan x65w and the four major features logo in the bottom. On the back of the box are the product features, specifications and basic information of lvlian Technology Co., Ltd.

The packaging box adopts drawer type design, the inner part adopts hard paper tray to protect the product, and the front end is provided with handle for easy removal.

The charger is fixed in the groove.

The charger is made of PC flame retardant material and black shell. The front view is close to square, and the four end arc transition. The center of the charger is the brand logo of lvlian.

The charger is square and looks like a piece of tofu.

The output protocol of usb-c1 port is detected by using chargerlab power-z kt002. The display supports apple 2.4a, Samsung 5v2a, DCP, qc2.0 / 3.0, AFC, FCP, MTK PE + 2.0, pd3.0 and PPS.

PDO message shows that usb-c1 port also has four groups of fixed voltage gears: 5v3a, 9v2a, 12v1.5a, 15v1.2a, and two groups of PPS voltage gears: 3.3-5.9v3a and 3.3-11v1.65a.

Kt002 is used to detect the output protocol of usb-c2, and its supporting protocol is exactly the same as that of usb-c1. In addition, PDO message is the same as usb-c1 port. Usb-c1 and usb-c2 single port output performance is the same, support power blind plug.

2、 Disassembly of lvlian 65W Gan charger

Take apart the shell on the back of the fuselage. There is a protruding plastic fixed column on the shell. The components are covered with isolation plate and brass radiator. After removing the isolation plate, there is a heat sink in the middle area below. The heat sink is coated with silica gel to help heat conduction. Take out the charger, the input end is equipped with a small board, the pin is connected with the small board through the AC wire, the output end is welded with four small boards, and there is a black insulating board behind for primary isolation.

The other half of the fuselage shell is provided with an integrated isolation plate, which plays the role of isolation and fixation. Remove the front heat sink and isolation board of PCB board, glue and reinforce components such as transformer and capacitor. The back of PCB is also equipped with heat sink and isolation board.
